Which areas do you deliver to?

We operate 5 delivery lorries 5 days a week within a 25-mile radius of each depot. On a Saturday morning we also offer local delivery from our Woodford Halse depot.  Delivery areas include Banbury, Bicester, Daventry, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Northampton, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Southam, Milton Keynes, Towcester, Oxford, Brackley, Coventry and surrounding areas. If you need a delivery outside of the 25-mile radius, please give the relevant depot a call, as we will more than likely be able to facilitate your order. How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery within 2 miles from either depot and free delivery for orders over £1,000.

How soon will my order be delivered?

Once your order has been placed you will be contacted by our sales team to arrange a convenient delivery date. We aim to delivery your goods in 1-3 working days.

If you are not contacted straight away, please ring to see which date your delivery is up for & if need your order delivered on a certain date, please feel free to contact your nearest branch to see if this can be arranged.

Orders placed after 4.00pm will be processed on the following working day.

Where will my goods be delivered?

Delivery is Kerbside, which means that we will leave your goods as close to the front of your property without them being on the pavement or road, for example a front lawn or driveway. We do not deliver to back gardens.

When is delivery available?

We deliver between 8.00am & 4.00pm on weekdays and between 8.00am & 12.00pm on Saturdays to Woodford Halse and the surrounding area.

Do I need to be there to receive delivery?

No. If you are happy for us to leave your goods you do not need to be there to receive the delivery. Once goods have been delivered all liabilities will pass to you.

Can I collect an order placed online?

Yes, someone from our customer service team will be in contact within 12-24 hours of the order being received.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 28 calendar days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include the original invoice with your return. Upon return of your item/s, we will inspect and if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that a £15 charge will be deducted from the total credit amount due, applicable to non-account customers only. This is to cover the cost of handling and restocking the returned item/s.
